With nearly four decades in the industry, RVL Manufacturing has built a strong reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality products.
We focus on the manufacturing of waterproofing and damp proofing products for roofs, gutters, and a range of other applications.
LastiFlex is a high-performance, flexible, UV-stable acrylic emulsion blend designed to deliver long-lasting protection across a wide range of surfaces.
Formulated with antifungal and antibacterial additives, which helps prevent the growth of mould, mildew, and bacteria. This improves hygiene, protects surfaces from deterioration, and extends the lifespan of the treated area.
Fully waterproof when cured
Suitable for permanent water immersion
Highly flexible – does not age harden
UV, weather and storm resistant
Heat reflective pale grey standard finish
Easy application for trade or competent DIY use
LastiFlex is applied in conjunction with a selected non-woven reinforcing membrane to create a continuous, fully bonded waterproof barrier.
Once the saturated basecoat dries, a finishing topcoat is applied, forming a consistent thickness membrane (approximately 1.1mm) that adheres completely to:
Concrete
Masonry
Most metal surfaces
The following general rules apply to all applications
Apply a thick top coat making sure that any pin holes that may occur in the first base coat are filled

LastiPrime is a high-performance solvent based primer that is designed to bond to most base materials, including rusty steel, wood, fibre and cement.
LastiPrime should be applied in a single generous coat and allowed to dry, before applying the LastiFlex Waterproofing system.
LastiPrime is designed to provide a better bond between the substraight and LastiFlex. If the surface is loose, soft or crumbly, apply primer e.g. material like cement or fibre cement tend to be porous, dry and sometimes soft and powdery. One and sometimes two coats of primer may well be necessary because the first coat will soak deep into this surface.
Without primer these surfaces may act very much like blotting paper, sucking the solvent out of the LastiFlex (or other paint) and reducing the effective bond. In cases where LastiFlex is going to be applied to a soft plywood laminate e.g. pine or similar timber, it may be necessary to apply two coats of primer to close and tighten up the entire surface.
Sheet metal that has over the years built up a coating of rust, needs only loose surface of oxide to be
removed. A thin coat of rust over sheet metal can be over coated with LastiPrime and this will be an ideal surface to accept the full LastiFlex system
Easy to apply by brush, roller, or spray, LastiPrime is designed for trade professionals and competent applicators seeking reliable substrate preparation.

LastiFlex Membrane is a high-strength non-woven stitch bond fabric designed to reinforce the paint-applied waterproofing systems.
Used in conjunction with LastiFlex, it provides enhanced tensile strength, crack-bridging capability, and long-term flexibility within the waterproofing system.
The membrane is engineered to fully saturate with Lastiflex, forming a continuous, reinforced waterproof barrier.
